Shipping Information

Vape Shipping Guidelines (Excludes Non-Vape Shipping)

Shipping times for vape products depend on your state and the distance from our distribution center. An adult aged 21 or older must be available to present ID and sign for the delivery.

Note: Adult signature fees, taxes, and shipping charges are not included in the $99 free shipping offer. The subtotal must be $99+ in products (excluding services).

Estimated Order Timeline:

  • Order Processing (Preparing for Shipment): 1-3 business days
  • In Transit from Fulfillment Center to Local Carrier: 5-7 days
  • Delivery Carrier Time Frame: 2-15 days until delivery

This schedule assumes an adult 21+ is present to show ID and sign at delivery. Ensure accurate contact information (phone numbers, gate codes, unit numbers) is provided.

Pickup Option Available

Avoid waiting for home delivery—choose "Pickup in Store" at checkout! Currently, pickup is available at our Vegas Warehouse: 3010 E Alexander Rd Suite 1002, North Las Vegas, NV 89030. Select "Pickup" when entering your address on the cart page.

Adult Signature Requirement and Fee

As per the PACT Act amendment (Dec 2020), all vape shipments require an adult (21+) to sign upon delivery, effective March 27, 2021. Adult signature fees are added to all orders. Ensure someone is available to sign, such as at your workplace.

Order Processing Details

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 3 PM PST, excluding major U.S. holidays and weekends. Orders are fulfilled in the sequence they are received.

  • Standard Processing: 1-2 business days
  • Holidays/Sales Events: Up to 10 business days

  • Next Day: 8-10 business days

Please note that these estimates begin after processing is complete. For example, if you choose 3-10 day shipping, the total time may range from 4-12 business days.

All shipments originate from Las Vegas, NV.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to the U.S. states that permit vape product shipments. Vape products cannot be shipped to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, as these are serviced only by USPS.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping through USPS/Global Post. Check the dropdown menu to verify if we ship to your country. Please be aware of your country’s customs regulations before ordering. Contact local authorities for information on importing our products.

International Delivery Timeline: 30-35 business days

We are not responsible for confiscated items or any duties, fees, or taxes applied by customs agencies. International orders cannot be recalled and will be considered abandoned if unclaimed—no refunds once shipped.

  • USPS International Express Available: Note that USPS currently only accepts Express for international shipments. Please check the tracking link for updates.
  • USPS Policy: Packages marked “Delivered” are not eligible for claims. If a package shows as delivered but hasn’t been received, contact your local post office.

Tracking and Order Updates

Once shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email. Tracking timelines vary by carrier. Allow 5-12 business days for initial tracking updates. If tracking information remains inactive for 10 days, or if delivery takes over 15 days, please contact us.

Shipping Address Verification

Ensure your shipping details are accurate when placing an order, including unit or apartment numbers. Inaccurate addresses may delay delivery or result in returned orders. We will not reship an order until it is returned to us, and the customer has paid for the reshipping fee.

Return to Sender Policy

If an order is returned due to a non-delivery issue, we will reach out to resolve the address issue. The package will be held for up to 3 business days before cancellation and credit is issued, minus the initial shipping fee.

Address Verification Process

If we encounter issues with your shipping address, the order will be held for up to 3 business days while we attempt to contact you. If unresolved, the order will be canceled, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method.
